Ultimate Frisbee - find out what the buzz is all about! Come out and join us for a fast, fun and exciting game of Ultimate Frisbee. The game involves lots of running, jumping, stopping and starting. So wear sturdy shoes and be ready to get some exercise.
We will be playing rain or shine!
All levels welcome. Expect to play for at least 1 hour. I hope we can have some fun and play for 2 hours.
If enough people sign up, then we will aim for 7 players on a team as per Ultimate rules and we can have a few substitutes. This sport is really fun and can be an excellent workout!
Everyone should bring TWO T-Shirts. (a WHITE and a COLOURED) so that we can divide into two recognizable teams.

How to Get There: | |||||||
Event Directions: | 9330 Groat Road - Take the parks exit off of Groat Road to get to Hawrelak Park. We we will meet near the large fields as you enter the park, this is where we will be playing. I will have bright orange pylons so look for the guy with pylons. I will monitor the park for any day of activities and will let the group know of any changes. I hope to arrive a few minutes early and have the filed already made (with pylons). | ||||||
