Join the EOC and a City of Edmonton Instructor to learn the basic techniques of classical cross country skiing including diagonal striding, stopping, turning, falling safely as well as hill techniques. Get the scoop on clothing and equipment selection, waxing, and trail etiquette. Meet at the Boat house by the tennis court. The first 30 minutes of this session will be spent inside preparing the skis. Once set up, we will head out to the training grid to practice some technique then finish up with a ski in Kinsmen Park. Equipment is provided, however if you have your own you are welcome to bring it along. | |||||||

- Registration is NOT COMPLETE until you've signed up and paid by the registration cut off date. The money must be in the EOC's possession by that date. No exceptions. - When a minimum group size appears, this is to let you know that the event will be cancelled with refunds to those who have already paid, if the minimum number of registered participants is not met.
