Weekly Wednesday Evening Hike: Laurier Park River Valley (5/10/2023)

Itinerary:
We will meet in the small parking lot just before entering Sir Wilfred Laurier Park, west of Buena Vista Road next to across from Zoo parking lot at 6:50 PM for check-in and leave at 6:55 PM for the hike.
We will be hiking at a brisk pace from the parking lot to the Buena Vista Off Leash area, going across the footbridge connecting to Hawrelak Park. We will then follow the river South West to parallel Fox Drive to the Quesnel Bridge . After we cross the river we will circle back to the Zoo along the original side of the river through Sir Wilfred Laurier Park. Some sections of the trail are steep and they can be slippery. Good footwear is essential and required.

We are requesting $2.00 per event in person, or our suggested annual donation of $20 be done electronically.
