Itinerary:

Come out and explore the river valley on two wheels. Join your fellow EOC members for a relaxing ride through some of the most scenic areas in the city. The plan is to go out for a 1.5 hour to 2 hour ride in the river valley towards Sir Wilfred Laurier Park and Beaun Vista Area and back in a big loop on the multi-use trails.

Whether you have a mountain bike, road bike, tandem, single speed etc does not matter. If it has two wheels and pedals you are welcome to join!

No matter what your skill level on the bike you will get through this relaxing ride. Did I mention a relaxing ride? No sore butts here!

To reward you for your valiant effort and to replace some of the calories you've burned, please join us afterwards around the firepit in Emily Murphy Park (NW corner nearest the Groat Road bridge).

Feel free to bring something to roast on the fire (*no need to sign up to social if you are signed up here).

There may even be a game of trivia to play ;)
