**To register, add your name to the waitlist then answer the "EOC COVID Pre-Attendance Questionnaire" which will be sent by me a day before the event starts. Once you reply to the questionnaire, I will add you to the event from the waitlist in the order I receive the responses not the order of the waitlist.

**NOTE: Please read all details below before signing up! All activities are being offered in full compliance with current provincial and federal COVID-19 standards. We will be hiking in staggered groups of four abreast - box shape with 6 feet (2m) or more apart. At times we will need to be distanced while in single file and step off the path briefly to let others pass safely.

**Please note:
- I am only going to have 8 people max including myself on this event.
- This will be a moderately paced walk of ~5km/hr.
- This event will be weather dependent, please check the EOC calendar and your email for any updates.

About this walk: ~10.5km, ~2.5-3 hours

**RE: COVID-19 PROTOCOLS:

Additional requirements:
1. Create social space.
• Avoid skin-to-skin contact such as hugs, handshakes, or high-fives - just share a friendly wave and 'hello'.
• Blow your nose, cough, sneeze, or clear your airway at least 2m away from others.
• Wear a mask in public places to help limit the risk of spread to others if you will be within 2m of people.
**The government has indicated that masks may help. Therefore, we are leaving it to the discretion of participants to choose whether you'd like to wear masks.

2. Are you feeling unwell?
If you have a cough or flu-like symptoms, stay home and get yourself tested by calling 8-1-1. The Alberta government states if you have symptoms including fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, sore throat, or runny nose, you MUST self-isolate for 10 days after the onset of symptoms and until your symptoms have resolved (whichever is longer).

- Ice grips as it could still be icy in some shady spots plus the thawing & freezing of the melting snow
- Snacks
- Hiking poles
- Camera

Event Directions:

To get to Leduc Lions Park on the north side of Telford Lake:
- Head south on Highway #2 then take exit 519 toward Leduc/Business Sector
- Turn left onto 65th Avenue
-Turn right onto 43rd Street
- Follow the road into the parking lot
