About this walk: ~13km, ~3-3.5 hours The terrain is mostly flat with some rolling hills. We will stop at the half way point (Meadow Shelter) for some lunch. Here is a link for your info: Cooking Lake/Blackfoot guide. -----

Waskahegan Staging Area is located 24 km
east
of
Sherwood
Park, south of Hwy. #16 (directly south of Elk
Island Nat'l Pk
on RR#210). From Sherwood Park, the highway turns into Wye Road (a.k.a. Hwy. #630). Turn north (left) onto Range Road #210. | ||||||
