Itinerary:

We will hike the nature trails at Riverlot 56 Natural Area and Kingswood Park. We will go for about 10km, approx 4.5-5km/hour.

Most of the trails are fairly flat and there are a couple of small hills in the Riverlot 56 trail system.

We will meet at the Kingswood Day Area then head across Poundermaker Road to explore Riverlot 56 Natural Area. Once we finish over there, we will head back across Poundmaker Road then continue along the Kingswood trail. There is a pleasant wooded loop trail through here.

Event Directions:Kingswood Day Area located at 395 Sir Winston Churchill Avenue.

Access Kingswood Day Area (part of Red Willow Park) off of Sir Winston Churchill Avenue in St. Albert, in between Sturgeon Rd. and Poundmaker Road.

Or you can use a different access to the park (some info says to get there off of Sturgeon Rd). Use any entrance you like and meet at my blue car. I will be wearing a blue EOC baseball cap.

There is also a playground called Kingswood Park that your GPS may send you to if you just put "Kingswood Park" into it. It's best to follow these directions instead.
