Itinerary:

Meet inside the Alfred Savage Centre at 7PM. We'll start off with some dynamic stretching and strengthening exercises. Then we will get a taste of trail running as we slowly run/walk through the snowy/icy single track trails in the ravines. Be prepared for the icy/snowy terrain by bringing microspikes. The paths are single track technical mountain biking tracks with constant elevation changes. :)
