Itinerary:

We will meet at the west end of the Fort Edmonton parking lot at 6:30 sharp for a 6:35 departure. Staying entirely on pavement we will walk at approximately 6.5 KM/HR for 3 hours. We will go through Laurier Park, Hawrelak Park and take River Valley Rd to the Walterdale Bridge. We will cross the bridge and head up to the University Area before returning via Saskatchewan Drive and the south side of river by the Equestrian Centre.

This hike will be entirely on pavement for a long distance. Please ensure to have proper footwear.

This will be a training event for the Servus Edmonton Marathon and it is suggested anyone attending to meet us for this event.
