Itinerary:

Meet at the parking lot for Capilano Park at 6:45 PM for a prompt 7:00 PM departure. I will have a royal blue EOC baseball cap hanging from the antenna of my car so you can recognize me.

This hike will be at a brisk pace for approx. 10 KM's We will take a mixture of paved and unsurfaced trails.

We will cross the river from Capilano Park and head west to Dawson Park on the north side of the river. We will take the trails on the south side of the river to get back to our vehicles.

Note that dogs are very welcome on this hike, please note City of Edmonton bylaws re on- leash/off-leash areas though.

Drive North on 50 ST as far as you can go from 101 Ave. Turn left into the parking lot at the end.
