Itinerary:

The plan is to meet at Royal Glenora Overflow Parking Lot at 7PM for a 7:15PM departure. We will be running along the dirt/gravel trails and occasionally pavement. This will be a fairly slow run suitable for beginners. So the distance and route will depend on what the group wants to do.

After the run there will be the option of going for refreshments.
