Itinerary:

The snow is melted and it's time to get in shape for the spring, so join us for some stair climbing in the river valley. Stair climbing is a great way to burn calories and condition your heart, lungs and legs. We'll be meeting in the gravel parking lot near the Royal Glenora Club. Those stairs are a favorite among stair climbers because they are challenging, wide and offer a great view of the river valley. You'll be free to move at your own pace and take breaks as often as needed.

If you arrive late, try to find us on the stairs to avoid getting a no-show.
