We will hike to the staircase and do some fun drills to increase fitness for backpacking, snowshoeing and skiing events. Each person will take turns leading the group up the staircase with different movement variations. Come out and socialize and get to know some of the club members. We will meet outside of the Alfred H. Savage Centre at 7pm. The event will start at 7:10pm.
