Clothing like you were going swimming plus a pair of shoes/sneakers that you don't mind getting soaked.

Recommended Items to Bring:

cold beverages & a dry set of clothing to go home in. Sunglasses, bug spray & sunscreen.

find yourself at the corner of 106 av/50 st & go north downhill till you see the Gold Bar Park turn off on the right. Drive 3 minutes or so until you see a white truck with a trailer load of kayaks.
