Itinerary:

We will be introduced to karate by a certified 3rd degree black belt instructor.

We will be joining his regular class, which starts at 6:00. Feel free to come a little earlier than 6:30 to watch them. At 6:30 we will join the group and he will begin our instruction.

There will not be any major contact, but we will be moving a lot and doing some floor excerises as well. Reasonable flexablilty is a must

Please wear loose fitting clothing (sweats or yoga pants are good), and we will be in bare feet.

We will be meeting in the school gym, enter through the front doors of the school and turn to your left.
