Itinerary:

We will meet our guide in Banff at 6:15pm and head out for the Johnston Canyon IcewalkŪ Evening Tour, transportation is provided from Banff to Johnston Canyon.

We will use headlamps to light our way through the narrow canyon where our guide will lead us to the lower falls. There are catwalks built into the canyon walls to make this an easy trip. Along the way our guide will tell stories, point out unique features by powerful flashlights and pause for moments of darkness so we can appreciate the canyon at night. At our turn around point we'll light up the lower falls and tunnel for viewing and photo opportunities, and have a light snack. I have done the ice walk before during the day and am looking forward to seeing for the first time at night. I hope you join me!

There is currently at Travelzoo deal for this event. The Travelzoo price is $89+tax for two people. Please sign up for the event and I can try and make arrangements for 2 to share a voucher. One of the participants will have to purchase the voucher with the other participant providing reimbursement for their portion.

Warm clothes, including hats, gloves and warm boots
