Itinerary:

We will meet at 6:00 PM for a 6:10 PM departure for our 5.5km hike.

Meet at the small parking lot at the NW end of Groat Bridge - see the directions below. I will be wearing a yellow EOC cap and standing by a silver Toyota RAV4.

We will walk east along River Valley Road to the Glenora Club and head up the hill to the south end of the legislature. From there we will loop around the grounds, head over to Constable Ezio Faraone Park and head down the stairs to River Valley Road back to Government House Park.

Dogs are very welcome on this hike, please remember to include them on the registration!

How to Get There:

Event Directions:

Government House Park (parking lot nearest the NW end of Groat Bridge)

From Westmount - south on Groat Road, take the right lane for River Valley Rd, turn right into the parking lot before you go under the Groat Bridge.

From U of A - north on Groat Road, cross the bridge, exit right, right again, under the bridge then left into the parking lot.

From River Valley Rd - west under Groat Bridge then left into the parking lot.

Look for the coordinator wearing the yellow EOC baseball cap.
