We will be starting the afternoon at Riverdale Community League and head towards Padmanadi - Vegan Restaurant. Hike to the restaurant will take approx. 30 minutes (2.5km).

Padmanadi Vegetarian Restaurant (in Edmonton, Alberta), opened in 2002. Kasim Kasim originally moved from Jakarta, Indonesia, where the original Padmanadi was founded in the late 70's. Back in Jakarta Padmanadi was the most popular vegetarian restaurant. The same appears to be happening in Edmonton as well!

The food at Padmanadi is a blend of Indonesian, Chinese, Thai, and Indian cuisine. The restaurant is regularly featured in newspapers and consistently receives rave reviews.

We will meet in the parking lot at 2pm and head out by 2:10pm. Look for a black Jetta.
