Itinerary:

We will start from the Telus Field Stadium located in the Rossdale Community. We will hike the paved trails east to Rundle park and beyond, if time allows. If the pace is good we may go as far as Hermitage. Estimate. 15 km round trip. We will stop for lunch as needed. The River Valley is stunning at this time of year so bring your camera for some great photo ops.

Event Directions:

Google it. Located on the north side of the river after the Kinsmen Sports Centre. Take 109st down the hill and stay left after the bridge. You can't miss the stadium.
