Itinerary:
I would like to show how to do an ABC bike check with all of the participants.  We will start  riding at from the Kingswood Park day area and follow the trail west until we reach the Riel Recreation Area. We will then return along the North side of the Sturgeon river to Kingswood Park. This should take between 1.5 and 2 hours at 15 -18 Km/hour. We should be back by 1:30  PM.There are very few hills with a low grade, (not steep) as the ride is mostly along the river.

  • Helmet (mandatory)

How to Get There:
Event Directions:The sign for the park is Kingswood Red Willow Park. From St. Albert Trail, turn east onto Sturgeon Road and follow it to Sir Winston Churchill Avenue. Turn left onto Sir Winston Churchill Avenue and you'll find the park on the north side of the road. Neil
