Please note: Due to last-minute cancellations in the past, pre-

to the coordinator through an e-transfer through your online

Please note that pre-payment is required 24 hours before the event. If your payment is not received by deadline, your registration will be deleted from this event. Join me for an awesome circuit-training/boot-camp style class. We'll do a variety of activities that may include push- ups, pull-ups, TRX, boxing, jumping, running, squatting, planking, and jumping. One thing is for sure - "sit-around-and-do-nothing" is not part of the workout. :) Please wear appropriate workout clothing (nothing too baggy and no cotton - be prepared to sweat in this class). We will work out in bare feet. We will meet just inside the facility. Please be at Legends no later than 9:50 a.m. so that you can complete the gym's waiver (if you haven't already done so) and so that we can be ready to go as a group in advance of the class. My yellow EOC ball cap will help you spot me at the entrance of the facility and you can also check out my picture in the volunteer section of the EOC website if you like. | |||||||

How to Get There: | |||||||
Event Directions: | Head west on 114 Avenue. Take the next right on to the
service
road and head north one block. Take a left into the Daytona
Homes parking lot and you will then see the entrance of
Legends
Training Centre.

Please note: $1 of the fee will be retained as
a voluntary donation for the
EOC. It will be used by the coordinator to offset the cost of
issuing a refund if one is required.
