Are you interested in a weekday urban hike? Come along for some fresh air, exercise and conversation. The walk may involve city streets and/or park pathways.

If you are interested - sign up and we will see you at Mill Creek Park on Wednesday.

Get to the Mill Creek ravine meetpoint by turning North off 82 Ave onto 95A St.; the group will meet at the trailhead at the North end of the upper parking lot . Map

Water
appropriate clothing for weather conditions
sneakers, trail shoes or hiking boots

Recommended Items to Bring:

Money if we go to a cafe for a beverage after the hike
