Itinerary:

HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE! Come join the two "Wonderful Witches of the West" on our Halloween hike!

We’ll start out at the Valley Zoo parking lot then head through Buena Vista/Laurier Parks, up to Riverside Drive. From there, we’ll go down into the river valley again to Government House Park, cross over the Groat Bridge, then hike through Hawrelak Park to the Buena Vista footbridge. Before heading back to the starting point, we’ll have a 5-10 minute break then cross back over the river and head back through Buena Vista/Laurier Parks. (~13.5km in ~2.5-3 hours)

** Please remember to wear a Halloween costume or you will be ridiculed! :) **

Meet at NE corner of Valley Zoo parking lot (accessed off Buena Vista Road) at 10:00am, for a 10:15am start.

Although this hike is generally classed as a "moderate" one, there are some steeper sections along the way.
