Itinerary:
This event is ONLY open to those who volunteered for the Christmas Bureau events (hamper packing, hamper delivery and walk-in-days) in December 2011.

The event consists of a short program (including awards and acknowledgements) and light snacks, refreshments, and plenty of door prizes.

Please note the cut-off date for event registration is several days before the event - this is to allow the organizers to confirm catering numbers.

Event Directions:The City Room is located on the mail floor of City Hall. City Hall is located at 1 Sir Winston Churchill Square (in Downtown).

Underground parking is available at City Hall and there are impark lots close by as well as street parking in the vicinity.

I will RSVP for our group on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 as per the RSVP deadline indicated by the Christmas Burea.
