Just learning to Cross Country Ski and want a small challenge? Gold Bar Park has groomed trails and lots of opportunity to ski on the 'flats' with some small inclines.

If you want to challenge yourself those who want to try some hills, we can 'tackle' the intermediate trails at the end.

We will meet indoors at the amenitiy building at 11:45 If you need to wax your skis please have done so we are all ready to go at 12:00 p.m.

If you need to rent skis make arrangements at either MEC or Totem Outfitters.

x-country skis
waxes (if you do not have waxless skis)
water
snack

Gold Bar Park is on the south side of the river. Head north on 50th street, turn right after 109A avenue and follow the road to the parking lot.

This is NOT a lesson and all participants must have x-c skiied before.
