We will be attending a blues concert at the Yardbird Suite, which is a non-profit society that showcases talented local and international Jazz and Blues musicians.

I recommend you come at 7:45pm to buy a ticket. Alternatively, you can get a ticket through ticketmaster ($4 extra), however if you arrive late, you are not guaranteed a seat.

Please try to arrive by 8pm so everyone has a chance to socialize and have a drink (the bar is a CASH bar only). Please have dinner beforehand; there are only snacks foods available (popcorn, peanuts).

If you arrive late, please let the door staff you are with EOC and they will let you know what section we are seated. Due to the popularity of blues shows, I cannot promise you a seat if you arrive late. The show starts at 9pm.

Expected behaviour: because this is a concert venue, all participants of this event will be expected to sit and listen quietly. All cellphones will remain turned off or put on vibrate. There will, however, be time to socialize before the show and during intermission.

Get a free show by volunteering: volunteers are needed for Tuesday, Friday or Saturday evenings. Tasks include bar (must be 18+), door (selling tickets), or kitchen.
