| There will be a fire, * free hot dog/smokie roast 
after the Hike (feel free to bring your 
own food items as well). There will be tables we 
can use, and an enclosed shelter if necessary. Enjoy a skate that 
will happen after 
our hike (details below):  
There will be a carpool available from Edmonton 
if desired - 
meet at the north east corner in the parking 
lot for Meadows Transit Centre at 10:20 AM for 
a 10:30 AM departure.

| Event Directions: |  | Go straight east from Edmonton. Turn south on 
Hwy 21 until 
you pass New Sarepta. Turn left at the sign for 
Miquelon lake 
Provincial Park. The park is a few kilometers 
farther on. Meet at the main parking lot near 
the

| Carpool Cost: |  | The event coordinator(s) will help you to arrange a centralized carpool if you require it, but it's not guaranteed. Please DO NOT pay your driver en route. Passengers will pay the coordinator, and he/she will distribute the money to the carpool drivers. SO PLEASE BRING CASH!!! Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $40.60 (calculated at total Km * $0.29, effective Friday, October 31, 2025). This is based on $0.09/Km for maintenance, plus current gas price divided by 9. This cost will be multiplied by the number of carpooled cars, and divided by the number of carpool participants. | |||||
