**To register, you must first add your name to the waitlist then answer the "EOC COVID Pre-Attendance Questionnaire" which will be sent by me the day before the event starts. Once you receive and reply to the questionnaire, I will then add you to the event from the waitlist in the order I receive the responses not the order of the waitlist. I will be adding max 7 others to this event.

**NOTE: Please read all details in red below and event details including all COVID-19 group precautions before signing up! All activities are being offered in full compliance with current provincial and federal COVID standards (see links below for more info). We will be hiking in staggered groups of four abreast (box shape with 6 feet or more apart). At times we will need to be distanced while in single file and step off the trail or pathway briefly to let others pass safely.

**We will be enforcing social distancing throughout the hike. Anyone who is not acting in accordance with COVID safety requirements will be warned once. If non- compliance continues, they will be asked to leave the activity!

**Please note:
- I am only going to have 8 people max including myself on this event.
- This will be a moderately paced walk of ~5km/hr.
- This event will be weather dependent, please check the EOC calendar and your email for any updates.
- To find me, I’ll be wearing a royal blue baseball cap and stood next to a blue Hyundai.

About this walk: ~10-12km
For a change of scenery, I would like to hike along the path in Fort Saskatchewan that follows alongside the North Saskatchewan River. **Please note that I haven't previously hiked this route so this will be exploratory in nature.

We will begin our hike at Legacy Park which is located downtown in Fort Saskatchewan. We will then work our way west along the North Saskatchewan River waterfront heading towards West River's Edge before turning back.

Did you know: Fort Saskatchewan is at the eastern end of an initiative by the River Valley Alliance to build a network of trails that extend all the way from Devon to Edmonton?

**RE: COVID-19 PROTOCOLS: We will practice being socially distanced (6 feet / 2 meters apart) while participating on this event and step off the trail / path briefly to let others pass safely.
