Itinerary:

We will meet at the east end of the parking lot at Louise McKinney Riverfront Park parking lot at 10:00am for registration. We will leave at 10:15am for the hike.

We will head west towards Kinsmen Park then loop back towards the ferry docks, cross the walking bridge, & back to Louise McKinney Park.

The hike will last about 2 hrs.

The pace of the walk will be easy to moderate for some and few stops along the way.

You could encounter rainy conditions, etc. – please dress accordingly. Depending if the weather is bad, I may cancel.

Be sure to bring water and if need be, trail mix, power bars, etc. to keep hydrated and energized throughout the hike.

After we can head off somewhere for lunch.

I will be wearing a yellow EOC hat.

I'm not sure if dogs are allowed off-leash on this path - you'll have to refer to the City of Edmonton website or contact them.

Louise McKinney Riverfront Park is adjacent to downtown Edmonton, immediately south of the Shaw Conference Centre at 9529 Grierson Hill located on the North bank of the North Saskatchewan River.

Meet for this event on the East end of the Louise McKinney Parking Lot.
