We will all meet for 9:15 am at the Wasgegagan Lake
Staging area parking lot and
will hike approx. 10km to Islet lake. We will break for lunch
then return back for a total of 20 km
If you are not taking part in the carpool, please be at the
Wasgehagen parking lot.
Lake trailhead ready go at 9:15 am.

How to Get There: | |||||||
Event Directions: | Travel east from Edmonton on 82nd Ave(Wye Road) approx 35 east of Sherwood Park, (aka Higway 630) Turn north Range Road 210. You will see a large Blue sign before the entrance | ||||||

Carpool Cost: | The event coordinator(s) will help you to arrange a centralized carpool if you require it, but it's not guaranteed. Please DO NOT pay your driver en route. Passengers will pay the coordinator, and he/she will distribute the money to the carpool drivers. SO PLEASE BRING CASH!!! Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $23.20 (calculated at total Km * $0.29, effective Thursday, November 21, 2024). This is based on $0.09/Km for maintenance, plus current gas price divided by 9. This cost will be multiplied by the number of carpooled cars, and divided by the number of carpool participants. | ||||||
