Meet at the southwest corner of the large (main) parking lot for Fort Edmonton Park - and we will meet by a white and green sign for the John Janzen Nature Centre.
Please see the following link: At the meeting place, look for Betty who will have a small/medium-sized dog with her (Shiba Inu/Husky cross), and Ian who sadly doesn't have a dog but he will be wearing a yellow EOC cap! :-)
The hike will be moderate in intensity - apart
from
the 200 stairs!
There will be opportunities for resting since there are plenty of benches, and at the half way point we can stop for a bathroom break near the John Janzen Nature Centre. Please bring water and proper footwear / clothing for the conditions. Dogs are allowed and must be leashed at all times. | |||||||
