Mountain Equipment Co-op is hosting Yoga session. Here is some info from their website: "Start your weekend off with our resident Yoga expert. Fully certified, Hailey Allan will explore different practices including Hatha, Yin and some flow style." ------ To find me, I'll have a pink yoga mat, water bottle, and wearing a pink tank top. **The Yoga session starts at 12:00PM but I would like us to meet up at 11:50AM so I can register all of you.** If you’re late, please make sure you find me at the end of the session so I know you were in attendance, otherwise you will receive an automatic “No Show” – see our Cancellation Policy for further info. ***Also please note REGISTER DIRECTLY WITH MEC for this event via their event posting - click HERE!.
