Join us and celebrate the holiday season with a Christmas party! We will be at the Elephant and Castle on Whyte ave. When you arrive, please come upstairs. Dinner will start at 7:30. Please come on time at 7:00 so we can all get seated for the dinner. You must choose one of the following four meals. Please indicate your choice in your registration notes. If you do not choose one, you'll get whatever's left. 1) Stuffed Yorkshire Pudding (stuffed with beef stew) 2) Classic Fish and Chips 3) Chicken Curry 4) Vegetable Curry Dinner will start with house salad or ceasar and end with dessert platters! We will also do an anonymous gift exchange. Participation is optional. Please bring a gift of UP TO $10 in value, wrapped. Beverages are not included. Please drink responsibly. If you drink, please arrange a safe way home! | |||||

Event Directions: | The Whyte Ave Elephant and Castle is located at 10314, Whyte avenue. Parking in the area is very limited, especially on a Saturday night. Please use public transit if possible. - Registration is NOT COMPLETE until you've signed up and paid by the registration cut off date. The money must be in the EOC's possession by that date. No exceptions. - When a minimum group size appears, this is to let you know that the event will be cancelled with refunds to those who have already paid, if the minimum number of registered participants is not met. For any events where EOC needs a minimum number of participants, there will be absolutely no refunds of money if you cancel. - We encourage all members to follow our Etiquette Guidelines at all times while participating in EOC events. - Please scroll through and read the entire online waiver when you sign up. - Details of this event are subject to undergo a change at any point in time, with or without warning. | |||||
