Please note: as this event is obviously weather-dependent,

Please note: The coordinators have automatically registered those who were on the list for this event when it was originally scheduled to occur on November 8, 2012. Join us at the University of Alberta's Observatory, located at the West end of the 5th floor of the CCIS Building. The observatory, run by the U of A Department of Physics, houses a 12" telescope. It is open to the public every Thursday evening, and we might have a chance to see the stars, nebulae, planets and the Moon The observatory is only open until 8 PM. We can warm up afterwards at the Hudson's Campus location (111 St. at 87th Ave. - only a short walk from the CCIS Building) | |||||
