Itinerary:
A fun and casual evening for music enthusiasts to get together and share some favorite music, discussion and snacks.

I have been doing these events for years through other clubs, and now I'd like to try it with EOC. Here's how it works:
1) Everyone who signs up submits 10-12 minutes worth of music to the coordinator by the cut-off date.
2) The coordinator takes all of the submitted music and arranges it into a pleasant playlist of tracks.
3) On the night of the event, everyone gather's at the meeting place where we share snacks and listen to the music and talk about it.

Please arrive at 6:30 for introductions and to get settled in. We'll start listening to the music selections at 7:00. Our home is small, and the atmosphere casual. We'll be sitting or laying around the living room while we listen. Bring a pillow or cushion if you like for maximum comfiness.

Required Items to Bring:
- An open mind and appreciation for various kinds of music.
- 10-12 minutes of your favorite music, to be delivered to the coordinator BY THE EVENT CUT-OFF. MP3 and WMA formats are preferred. If you have a hard time delivering electronic music files, but want to participate, PLEASE TALK TO ME as I may be able to help with getting your music tracks for you.		Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
- Your own beverage
- A snack to share
- A pillow or cushion for lounging/listening

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Four blocks west of West Edmonton Mall. Exact directions will be sent in an e-mail to attendees.
