To start the weekend in style, come out & enjoy an after work walk for about 5.4km! This will be moderate paced! We will meet up at the Shaw Conference Centre at 5:30pm & head out at 5:40pm sharp. We should be finished the hike by 6:45-7:00pm at the latest. We'll head down the stairs in the conference centre & walk through the Chinese Gardens at Louise McKinney park. We will then head east along the river valley path to Dawson Park and loop back through the residential part of Riverdale, up some 200+ stairs back to the Shaw Conference Center. Depending upon the "mosquito forecast", it may be worth taking bug spray...... To find me, I'll have my yellow EOC baseball cap on. | |||||||
