We will meet in the east-side parking lot at Emily Murphy Park at 6:00 pm for registration and will leave at 6:15 for the hike. We will head west and cross the Groat bridge and loop back through Hawrelak park via the Buena Vista footbridge. Then we will head back east to Emily Murphy park where we will get a quick fire going for a 20 minute wiener/marshmallow roast. Note: I will bring the firewood and get the fire going, but everyone needs to bring whatever they want to roast. Due to possible fire-bans we might not be able to have a fire, so please check your email before the event as I will let you know of the situation. Please ensure that you have good footwear as we will encounter muddy areas after the recent rainfall. Also please make sure you have appropriate clothing for the weather. | |||||||

How to Get There: | |||||||
Event Directions: | Emily Murphy park is on the east side of Groat road on the south side of the river. It is accessible on foot or bicycle from the University area and
from Victoria Park. It can also be accessed in a car from Groat road. We will meet at the EAST side of the park. Saeed will be driving a maroon Sebring. View Larger Map | ||||||
