Hills and Drills as well as Stair Climb/hikes and Backpack Conditioning hikes are designed to put you though your paces and assist you in preparing for weekends exploring various hiking trails around Alberta. Please click HERE for more info on Edmonton's River Valley System and Parks.
Click HERE for more info and tips on beginner backpacking and hiking. We will meet at Gold Bar parking lot at 6:00 PM for registration and introductions. We will be leaving right at 6:15 PM. Please ensure you have good hiking footwear and are well hydrated. | |||||||

Event Directions: | To get to Goldbar park, drive north on 50th street past 109A
Avenue. Follow the cross-country ski sign and turn right. Go past
