Ok another round of hills and drills. For those of you that have never had the pleasure of being soldiered around the river valley, nows your chance. We will be hitting every hill and stair set in the goldbar area, so be ready.If you up for a bit more than most I dare you to bring a pack with some weight in it. It should make for some good entertainment if nothing else. We will meet at Capalano parking lot at 6:20 SHARP! Leaving at 6:30. Please insure you have good foot wear and are well hydrated. Look for the guy in a white overlander, that’s me, Scott. 8) Oh and as the light is fading fast a head lamp or flashlight might come in handy. Unless you like being in the dark?? ;) | |||||||

Event Directions: | To get to Capalano park, drive north on 50th street past 109A
Avenue. Follow paved road as it turns left.If you end up in the river you have gone to far
