Hi Everyone, We had a couple of drops of rain here and there last night, but nothing to worry about. Tried out a new set of stairs with an old set. The group seemed to love the change up LOL. I think I finally have Emily Murphy conditioning hike close to the same work out as Fort Edmonton. Good job last night and thank you all the for coming out last night. See you soon. John
