No cell phones, no computers, no faxes, no emails, no TV…. Is there a better way to spend the weekend? We even had mountains all around and a little stream right outside our cabin door.
ah yes, I think everyone enjoyed the weekend away in Jasper… some of us almost forgot we had jobs!
The group split up on both days to do various hikes, and Saturday evening was the group potluck (with entirely too much food as usual). We also made up a game… think Pictionary-Trivial Pursuit-Charades. And we determined that a few of the members are psychic… or at least had really good imagination.
It was the first trip of its kind for some members, others were seasoned veterans… most fell in between. But everyone definitely had a great time.
I hope to see all of you, along with some new faces, on future events!
