A surprise spring snowfall scared away a number of would-be hikers at the last minute, so we decided at the last minute to change our plans and go for an enjoyable 12 km urban hike through the river valley, from Wayne Gretzky Drive to the Muttart Conservatory and back. Thanks all for coming out, and hopefully we'll make it out to Elk Island some other time.
