We saw a fascinating presentation about ongoing research into the types of large animals that are wandering around the Cooking Lake Moraine, and where these animals are going. Fishers (a type of weasel) are a particular focus of the research, and the research project is exploring whether the descendants of fishers that were introduced to the region 25 years ago are still around, and where they are going.
