Write Up:
We hiked South up the Whitemud Nature Reserve forest and creek bridges to Olgilvie Ridge. We then continued East along the cleared trails to Westridge Estates. We found the connector to the Whitemud Nature Reserve (below the mansion that looks like a castle), and hiked back through the forest trails to the upper parking lot on Rainbow Valley Road. The full orange moon finally made its appearance late in the evening, and from our lookout points we could see most star constellations.
