Andrew did this solo! Pamela was support. The climb from Thorsby to the 60km mark was BRUTAL! About 35km of constant climb, and there was a wicked headwind from the SE making the entire climb that much more difficult. What turned out to be awesome, though is Andrew decided to change up the route a little bit since he was the only one doing the ride, and continued on to Devon from Calmar instead of looping back. Coincidentally, this meant the last km of the ride ended up being the descent to the North Saskatchewan River. What a great way to end the ride! Pamela did an amazing job as support, and kept Andrew well fed and hydrated. Thank you very much!
