Write Up:
Congratulations to 12 hardy souls! We walked at a very brisk pace covering 12.1 kms in 2 hours 40 mins which also included 35 minutes of heavy duty stair climbing. The elevation gain was different for all as everyone went at their own pace and ability level but some were observed in doing all 4 sets of stairs on this hike several times over. Good work everyone for your efforts in conditioning and enjoying a beautiful Spring evening in the Kinnaird Ravine area. Happy Trails and Blue Skies, as always, Mae.
