Write Up:
It was a little crisp out there with the 40-70 km/hr winds but the 4 of us completed the loop. We started on the north side of the river from Dawson Park to Capilano Park looping back around on the south side of the river to the Cloverdale footbridge back to the cars.

We were outside in the wind for just under 3.5 hours with a few breaks to warm up along the way. We went approx. 13km in just over 3 hours.
