Wednesday Hike: Whitemud/ McTaggart South Wildlife Tunnel (Dogs Welcome) (9/11/2024)

Itinerary:
We will start on the gravel trail that borders the Twin Brooks community and overlooks the Whitemud Creek. We will continue on to a wildlife corridor trail/tunnel in the McTaggert Sanctuary South end, with a loop of Whitemud Creek.

The distance will be about 9 kms. and the terrain is forested with some steep hills.

Bring walking aids (hiking poles, etc) as desired as there could be slippery sections.

This event will be at an average intermediate pace hike.

***We are open to having dogs on the hike, however they must be leashed***
